Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refund: We offer refunds on products that meet the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product you receive is damaged during shipping or delivery, you may be eligible for a refund. With valid proof, this refund will cover the cost of the product and the shipping fees (if any). 

  • No Inherent Flaw: If there is no inherent flaw with the product and you still wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item. In this case, the refund will only cover the cost of the product, not the shipping fees (if any).

2. Notification and Timeframe: To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. You can contact our customer support team at [sophiawuwenbo@gmail.com]. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the reason for the refund.

3. Return Process: Upon approval of your refund request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for packaging the item securely to prevent any further damage during the return shipping process.

4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the extent of damage or check for any inherent flaws. If the product meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund accordingly.

5. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the original purchase price of the product minus any applicable discounts or promotions. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged product or inherent flaw.

6. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

7. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Products that are outside the specified return timeframe
